You can transfer your number easily from Yaqoot app,
1- Click (Switch number) from homepage
2- Click (Continue)

What are the requirements of ordering a SIM?

How can I activate my new SIM?

From your home screen,
1- select "Order / Activate".

4- Choose between Scan the barcode or type in the number manually

follow the steps that will be shown on your screen. Then you'll get a notification to say that your SIM has been activated!

Can I choose any Yaqoot number I'd like?

You can choose any Yaqoot number from the list or numbers that will be previewed to you

How long is my SIM valid for?

Your SIM will always be active as long as your package is renewed. 
But, if you don't renew your package within 90 days your SIM will no longer be valid

How to activate eSIM on an iphone

The eSIM will be ready to activate automatically & easily directly after you pay and log-in to Absher

How to activate eSIM manually on an iPhone?

After you pay for your eSIM's package, we'll send you an email with a QR Code which you'll need during manuall activation. Here are the steps:
1. Make sure your iPhone supports eSIM
2. Go to your phone’s settings 
3. Choose Cellular
4. Tap Add Cellular Plan 
5. Use your phone to scan the QR code from the email we sent you. 
Just Make sure to open your email on another device & make sure you’re connected to the internet while doing this. 

How to activate eSIM on an Android?

After you pay for your eSIM's package, we'll send you an email with a QR Code which you'll need during manuall activation. Here are the steps:
1. Make sure your iPhone supports eSIM
2. Go to your phone’s settings 
3. Choose connections
4. Choose SIM card manager
5. In the eSIM section, choose add mobile plan
6. Choose add using QR Code or using activation pin code 

What is an eSIM?

It's an embeded sim within your phone's mother board, so no need for a pin anymore!

I tried activating eSIM but couldn't

Don't worry, first of all make sure you followed the activation steps correctly. If you did all that and it's still not working, provide us with the activation number and a screenshot of the error on email.

Can I activate the eSIM on any device?

Yes, just make sure your device supports eSIM

If I have a Yaqoot SIM do I need a new one to use 5G?

No need for a new SIM, you can use your current Yaqoot SIM 

What is the expected speed of 5G ?

5G is 10 times faster than 4G

What are the phones that support 5G ?

How can I know if my location is covered with 5G?

That easy !! just check it from the Coverge Map .

I am in an area with no 5G converge ?

How can activate my Roaming Package?

How long is my package active for?

Your package will be active for 30 days from the day you've activated your SIM

Can I use any of my unlimited apps out of Saudi?

You can only enjoy your unlimited apps while in saudi

How can I change any of the unlimited apps?

From the unlimited apps at the bottom of your Usage, select the app you'd like to change and follow the steps. The change will take place at the time of your package renewal 

If I change any of my unlimited apps, will it change instantly?

The change won't happen instantly, it'll happen at the time of your package renewal 

How can I auto renew my package?

For us to renew your package automatically, make sure to save your card details with us, and just like that we'll renew it for you every month. If at any time you changed your mind, go to the settings page and turn your renewal OFF or ON

How to Divert all calls?

You can divert all incoming calls whether your phone is on or off
- to activate: dial **21*Phone number that you to divert the call to# followed by OK (SEND)
- to deactivate: dial ##21# followed by OK (SEND)

How can I divert calls, when my line is busy?

Don't worry, you won't miss a thing! You can divert any call if your line is busy
- to activate: dial **67*the phone number you want to divert the calls to# followed by OK (SEND)
- to deactivate: dial ##67# followed by OK (SEND)

How can I divert calls, when there is no reply ?

To activate call diverting when you do not reply, dial **61* [the phone number you want to divert the calls to] # followed by OK (SEND)
- If you want to deactivate:Dial ##61# followed by OK (SEND)

How can I divert any calls when my line is out of service or off?

To activate call diverting when your phone is off or outside the coverage area, etc.
- to activate: dial**62* [the phone number you want to divert the calls to] # followed by OK (SEND)
- to deactivate: dial ##62# followed by OK (SEND).

How can I be notified of all incomming calls?

You will be notified by all incoming calls whether your phone is on or off.

Can I use two eSIMs on the same device?

Unfortunately, all devices cannot operate two eSIMs at the same time

You can order new number easily from Yaqoot app,

How do I know if my eSIM is activated?

As soon as you complete the activation steps and authenticate your number from your Absher account (Nafath), you can find an action card on the home page of yaqoot app telling you that the SIM has been activated successfully, and you just need to install it on your cellular device settings, and the SIM will work with you

How do I cancel my number permanently?

Just follow these steps:
From the settings page - SIM settings - Control my SIM - cancel the SIM - Follow the steps and we will cancel your SIM..

How do I freeze my SIM temporarily?

You can freeze your SIM from Settings -My SIM Settings - Manage My SIM - Freeze SIM
And you must unfreeze it before it exceeds 90 days, so that your number will not be canceled permanently, and regarding to your package it will not stop with the freezing.

How do I cancel receiving the promotional messages?

To stop receiving promotional messages, send “stop” to the number 705000

How do I activate receiving promotional messages?

Can I order the router with my current yaqoot number?

Sure you can order the device from our app and you can get it with our data packages

How do I activate a data SIM on a Nokia router if the device is not from Yaqoot?

From your home screen,
1- select "Order / Activate".
2-Activation
3- Activate SIM
4- Choose between Scan the barcode or type in the number manually

follow the steps that will be shown on your screen. Then your SIM will be activated

the device should not encrypted, and you can know this from the company you bought the device from.

Does Yaqoot SIM support local roaming?

Our SIM supports local roaming, and it does not need to be activated. Just make sure that your site is among the districts and villages that are currently supported, and the network will automatically switch to a second network in the event it is permanently interrupted by you and not in the case of a weak network. To address the weakness of the network, contact us and provide us with the coordinates of your location.

Do you have installment service for devices?

Go to the devices store - choose the device and then order now - select your location, fill in your data and choose a time for delivery. Then the payment screen will appear. Click "select" from the payment method and then add a new card. After you add a new card,choose the option (payment in monthly installments), and your order will be completed. Installment plan will be available according to the chosen bank and the approved banks are, Al Jazira - Alawwal Bank - SABB - Riyadh - Emirates NBD

How do I choose the package with the device?

You can choose the package and start SIM activation steps after the device delivered to you

What is the difference between 5G and 4G?

There is a big difference!
The 4G reaches 100Mbps, and the 5G reaches 1000Mbps

How do I know if my area is covered by 5G ?

What is the difference between the roaming package and the international package?

The roaming package is activated and used outside Saudi, and the international package is used for international calls from Saudi

Can I receive unlimited apps as gifts on the data package?

The data SIM can send unlimited apps, but it cannot receive them.

Why are the gifts I received doesn't work?

We want to make sure you have an active package, for you to be able to benefit from the unlimited apps.

How do can I call internationally from Saudi Arabia?

You can call internationally with your SIM from inside saudi after you buy the international package from the store – Add-ons

How do I downgrade my package?

From the store, choose the package that is lower than your current package, and complete the steps, the chosen package after downgrade will be renewed with the new month

How do I upgrade my package?

You can upgrade your package by choosing the higher package from the store, and as soon as you complete the payment, the package will be activated and you will start a new 30 days with you

Can I buy add-ons with the data SIM?

The data SIM does not accept add-ons because it is not intended for calls

How do I use my SIM outside Saudi?

You can use the SIM outside Saudi after purchasing a roaming package from the store – Add-ons

If the package expires and I have remaining data, can I use it later?

When the package expired, you will not be able to use the remaining data.

What's the idea behind the vouchers?

We have a Yaqoot Store where you can gift your loved one vouchers from different stores, from one mobile to another. They're the perfect gift! it gives your loved one the freedom to choose whatever they'd like

Can I send gifts to someone who doesn't have your app?

You can gift anyone, even if he does not have Yaqoot app, he will receive the gift as an SMS message, and he can then download the app and enjoy the gift, even if the gift is an unlimited app or add-on, he can use it after ordering Yaqoot SIM with the same number.

Can I send a gift to anywhere?

Yes, you can send a gift to anyone, anywhere! Just make sure you enter a valid Saudi number to the person you want to gift; as they'll receive the gift to their phone number

How to receive the gift?

If your friend doesn't have our app, they will receive a SMS message saying that you've sent a gift with a link to download the app to enjoy the gift! And if your friend have Yaqoot app the gift will show in app if register with same number.

How can I send a gift?

It's easy & simple! from our store, select a gift you'd like to send, enter your friends number or select it from your contact list, then complete the payment and send your gift with love!

Can I send a gift to my self?

Of course you can, and you absolutely deserve it! Just enter your number when you're about to send the gift. 

Is the voucher limited to certain products or not specific?

No it's not specific to a certain product. The amount on the voucher is what can be used to purchase a product on our partner's website.

How can I redeem a gift I've received as a voucher?

It will be visible in the homepage, click on the gift and then you will see the details of the gift and how to use it

If the gift hasn't been received

To make this easier, we'll list down the steps for you:
- Make sure the number you typed down matches your friend's number
- If your friend doesn't have our app, they'll receive a SMS message saying that you've sent them a gift and a link to download the app to enjoy the gift
- If you've tried all the above with no luck, just provide us with gift type and your Yaqoot number

How can I gift any of the add-ons?

From our store, choose the add-on you'd like, add your touch to it & select a friend from your contacts & they'll receive it instantly on their phone.

Does the person I send add-ons to, need to have a Yaqoot SIM?

Yes.. They'll get the gift, but for them to use it, they'll need to have a Yaqoot SIM

If couldn't redeem the gift 

To make this easier, we'll list down the steps for you:
- Make sure the code you've typed down matches with the code on gift (uppercase or lowercase letters)
- Some gifts need to have a US account to redeem a gift (Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, Nintendo)
- If you've tried all the steps and it still couldn't redeem a voucher, don’t worry, we’re here to help you! For us to check the issue, provide us with type and code of the gift, your Yaqoot number"

can I send and receive gifts on data SIM?

The data SIM only sends gifts and does not receive

How will you get the gift?

If you sent a gift to someone who does not have Yaqoot app, the gift will be delivered to him as an SMS message, he will click on the message and enjoy the gift.

What payment methods can I use?

You can make a payment using credit card, debit card ""Mada"" , Master card or apple pay

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Sorry, this service isn't available right now. You pay using credit card, debit card ""Mada"", Master card or Apple pay

How can I add my card details to complete my payment?

Go to your profile on the settings page, click on "Add" button near payment methods, and add your payment info and save!

Does the amount include the VAT?

The prices don't include VAT. It will be added on the total of the amount in the invoice.

If couldn't save a payment info

We'd like to remind you some simple steps that can help you:
1.Ensure the payment info you wrote matches your payment info on the card
2.Restart the app and try adding the payment info again
3.Check with your bank, to see if there are any problems with your card

How long does it take to refund from the app?

If you cancel your order and request a refund, it will be in your bank account within 10 days from the date of placing the order.

How do I renew through (sadad)?

We do not support payment through sadad, and the payment methods will be via your Mada credit card, Visa, MasterCard, or Apple Pay.

Can I use a card from a non-Saudi bank for payment?

For payment, you must use mada card, Visa or MasterCard, and it has to be from a Saudi bank.

Where can I find my bill?

The payment invoice will be sent to the email registered in the app, and if you still didn't find it, you can check the junk email in your email.

What is "Tamam”?

Tamam is a Fintech company established in 2019 in KSA which provides the consumer an instant micro-financing services in the kingdom with no documents or visiting bank branches, under the supervision of the Saudi Central Bank

What is Tamam Murabaha Financing?

Tamam Murabaha financing offers an instant financing for specific purchases from Yaqoot store.

Is Tamam regulated by SAMA?

Sure, Tamam is licensed by the Saudi Central Bank.

How do I apply for Tamam Murabaha Financing?

By pressing on the pay with Tamam icon, you will be led to Tamam’s page to complete the online registration process. After completing the registration and starting the loan application, customers eligibility will instantly be calculated.

Can expats apply to Tamam Murabaha Financing?

Yes, expats can apply.

Why am I not receiving Absher’s temporary password?

Absher’s temporary password is managed directly by Absher and sent to your primary mobile number registered with them. Please make sure you have access to that mobile number

How can I know Tamam Murabaha financing plans?

Go to our store and select the device, the financing options will appear and you can see the available plans, Tamam financing option won’t show if the device is less than 3000 SAR.

How will the SIM be delivered to me?

Our courier will deliver your SIM to where ever you are

How long does it take for the SIM to be delivered?

When you order a SIM, you can select the date and time you'd like it to be delivered. 

Can I request a SIM and will receive at the same day?

Of course you can! Just choose the time you'd like it to be delivered

Is the service of delivering a SIM available in all Saudi cities?

We currently deliver to Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Qatif, Madina, Abha, Burayda, Unayza

Is the delivery free?

correct, the delivery is free, meaning all you have to do is pay for the SIM package.

Do I need to show anything to the courier when my SIM arrives?

No document is needed! You'll just receive your sim

How will you take my fingerprint to activate the SIM?

We'll validate your fingerprint from Absher 

My SIM is delayed?

We want from you to make sure if the delivery period in the usage screen has been expired, and your contact number is active so the driver can reach you.

How my eSIM will be delivered to me?
